"Shockingly rude receptionist"

II wondered whether the rudeness I had witnessed and experienced was a one off, but it’s been pretty consistent for the last 6-8 months. I’ve watched the receptionist at Westminster Road be unnecessarily rude to an elderly gentleman who was quite taken aback. She continues to type whilst talking to you. She’s so ignorant that you wonder whether she is even listening to you, which probably explains why she forgot to book me in and I waited 50 mins to be called. I’ve been asked about the details of a private matter in front of the waiting room. I’ve been asked the personal nature of my appointment on the phon over and over until I had to disclose what I wasn’t happy to or wait two weeks for an appointment. I have heard her talking about faecal samples and quizzing a vulnerable patient in the open. There is zero confidentiality. The reception is understaffed. When you do get to see a doctor they’re great but I don’t know what’s happened over the last couple of years it used to be great there
