"First rate care in the Dermatology Department"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / Dermatology

My mother aged 90, attended the Dermatology department at Grantham Hospital last November. I accompanied her on this visit. The lady consultant she saw was outstanding. Her manner, knowledge and care towards my mother could not be faulted. Both the consultant and her nurse put my mother at ease and were extremely friendly and supportive. The biopsy treatment given on her second visit was done efficiently and with great skill.

As a family we have experience of many departments throughout the Hospital and the skill, kindness and thoughtfulness of the medical staff has exceeded all expectations.

I am so pleased to hear that your mother's experience was a positive one and that all the team involved in her care have offered a friendly and supportive environment.

The staff in the dermatology clinics work hard to provide an efficient service and it is excellent to hear how this hard work results in delivering excellent care and compassion for our patients.

I will make sure this feedback is shared with the nursing and medical team.
