All the staff I experienced during my stay were clearly dedicated, kind and very patient focused.

However, the NHS isn't providing these lovely people with enough time or resources to do their job to the best standard. All the staff worked very long hours, non stop and were clearly exhausted.

I couldn't fault their caring natures and dedication to patients.

A huge and heartfelt THANK YOU to all in Urology and the amazing HCAs, and support staff who work so hard there.
