"poor service at UCC Beckenham Beacon"

About: Beckenham Beacon Ucc

Dear Sir/Madam

I Dr Yousry Nagi ,has attend the UCC at Beckham on 31/1/18 at 9:40 am for having ear infection ( acute otitis media)

I have been waiting to see the GP for over 3 hours ( at 12:50)

Despite no emergency ,most of patients have been called in front of me

In five times I was told I'm the next one to be called, however again 4 more patient were called in front of me,

After I said that I want to make a formal complaint, the nurse in charge came and said with rude manner and no apology that they are very busy and If I'm not comfortable I go to my GP !!!!!!!!!

Finally I was called at 12:50 to see the GP who apologised for waiting such long time

I'm looking forwards to hearing from you an explanation about very poor service at UCC and the way the client should be treated
