About: Lincoln County Hospital / General surgery NHS Lincolnshire West CCG

(as the patient),

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone involved in my treatment. From Dr Marshall and the Nurse Practicioner at Newark Road Surgery who were so concerned when they saw my symptoms to all the Doctors and The Consultant at the Hospital .

Also a great big thank you to all the Nurses who attended to me on Clayton Ward especially Anita,Deborah,Avril,The Student Nurse whose name I don't have and all the other Nurses who were so helpful and caring. They certainly do a great job.

In 3 days they have transformed me from feeling really ill onto the road to recovery.

I would like you to praise them all for me.

Excellent service from the NHS.
