"Review room"

I recently visited the hospital, however I left feeling disappointed and as if I was wasting their time. I got called into the review room after getting booked in, the woman in here was not friendly at all! She asked what was wrong, as I proceeded to tell her she kept disagreeing, however I know my body and how much pain I was in. She made me feel as if I was wasting her time, that I was an inconvenience and that she would rather be somewhere else. Her mood was not nice, she made me feel horrible and waiting in the waiting room after seeing her made me worry, panic and not feeling reassured! This made my experience not a very good one. This has made me feel like not returning to this hospital and not recommending it to anyone. However the rest of the staff was amazing and very helpful!
