About: Ayrshire Central Hospital / X-rays & Scans

(as the patient),

I attended Ayrshire Central for an ultrasound on my foot yesterday.   I saw a young woman called Katrina, I think her name was.  She was so helpful and took time with me explaining all about my foot and what she was doing.  She also gave me useful advice about exercises and so on.

I was very impressed with the care and advice and the time Katrina spent with me.

You hear so much bad press about the NHS I just thought I would put my oar in about how I felt.

You are quite right, you put your oar in. I am sure Katrina will be delighted that you have. Thank you so much for taking time to post on Care Opinion, it really does make a difference to staff morale when they get lovely feedback such as this.
