Labour Ward- Everything went smoothly up until delivery.
During Delivery- Slight drop in maintaining professionalism by doctors.
After delivery- good job of stitching up.Transfer to postnatal ward:- Fairly quick transfer;- Upon arrival we were greeted by nurse/midwife @7:30;- No further checkups until night staff started.- Night nurses/midwife was nor briefed on patient and baby;- No debrief of baby delivery, up until next day;Comments to improve on:- Staff need to be briefed about new patients on start of every shift to avoid mistakes;- debrief patients after delivery;
