About: GPs in Mid Essex

(as the patient),

Tried to log onto C&B, would not let me, said had to contact GP, so I phoned the help line as I had  an appointment the next day. They said I had missed an appointment, even though I had cancelled that one and changed it. They said I had to return to GP for another referral, which I understand the GP is charged for, even though it is C&B failure as they have cancelled this appointment and not informed me that they had, nor did they alter my  change of appointment, their operator was extremely patronising, and would not make another appointment for me even though I have a referral  number, why should I waste the time of my GP when they are so busy, when C&B could have done so themselves?
