"My mother in law end of life care"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital / General medicine

My mother in law was admitted to Chorley for a chest tumour the staff was on hand day and night.

My family could not have asked anymore of the staff, on the last day of her life they did everything they could.

They also made sure all my family was alright and spoke to us about everything we needed to do.

In the current climate of budget cuts the hospital is doing all it can and I thank them all for the hard work they put in.

Thank you for sharing this with us, it means a great deal.

Our staff do work exceptionally hard every day and strive to offer the very best care that we would want for our own family and friends.

It's extremely reassuring that your mother in law and the family had such care and support at a very difficult time.
