About: North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance Royal Oldham Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a service user),

My son was very poorly, unfortunately an ambulance was called and they attended my home. The crew were fantastic and I apologised they were called out to us. We attended Paediatric A& E at Royal Oldham. Caroline the Staff Nurse on duty was great, very caring. My son has bronchiectasis, autism.... he was scared. The doctor and Caroline were fabulous, very attentive and caring at all times. Thank you so much for everything.
