"Unspecified correction of ptosis of eyelid,..."

I attended Circle Bath Hospital as a day patient on 9th January 2018 to undergo a procedure to correct ptosis of my right eyelid. At all times I was treated with respect and dignity and cannot fault the entire process. From reception through pre-operative care, the operation itself, post-operative care and discharge, I was impressed with the polite and friendly demeanour of all the staff I encountered. The hospital facility is modern, light and airy, clean and well ordered.

Although my personal operation might seem straightforward, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital to anyone needing to undergo treatment but, obviously, I cannot comment on in-patient facilities or care.
