"Excellent customer service"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I had an colonoscopy procedure in University Hospital Wishaw. The customer service and care I received was excellent.

From admission to discharge the communication was very clear and I was comfortable with the full process.

Staff were polite, caring and their sense of humour led to a happy atmosphere. This put me at ease.

From my referral to the procedure the process was excellent too.

Well done everyone especially during this most pressurised time in the winter season.

The hospital was also spotless.

Very grateful for my service.

Hi Happy Patient,

I am so glad you had a positive experience when you visited our hospital. Going for any procedure can be very stressful and for staff to make you feel comfortable is paramount. I look after the Domestic Services you commented about (the hospital was also spotless). I will be delighted to share the positive feedback to the Domestic in that area and her line manager but also with the rest of team keeping our hospital clean. Serco are very proud of their staff at Wishaw and for you to take the time to tell us your experience is welcomed.
