About: Inclusion Visions Thurrock (Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service)

(as a service user),

I became addicted to drugs in 1995 and I have fought a long battle with this addiction.

I am receiving help both medically and mentally from inclusion visions, I have a good relationship with my keyworker who has helped me a lot.

my goal is to beat this addiction once and for all, I know that I can do it.

Hi Mooncat

Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback and tell us about yourself. You sound motivated in reaching your goal and I wish you all the best with that.

Good to hear that the support you are receiving from the service is helping and that you have a good relationship with your keyworker.

Keep going with your goals and your recovery!

You mentioned location as an area for improvement. One thing we will be developing in 2018 is to do more outreach and that would mean working from Hubs that are currently running in Tilbury, Purfleet and South Ockendon. Our community connectors will be leading on this. We are also investing in assest based training for recovery coaching and once again this will put us out in the community as we try and reach more people particularly where there are barriers to coming in to treatment. Any ideas please bring them to the service user forum on the last Friday of every month at 11am

Take care

Emer
