In general all of the staff are polite. The nurses, doctors and consultant were totally professional and felt very reassurred in their hands. Only slightly disappointed by the midwife during the pregnancy but those on the recovery ward were good.
The decision to go emergency C section after bring reduced at 39 weeks wasn't taken lightly, and when it was made the team were extremely efficient in preparing and conducting the surgery. The anethantist providing the mini epidural was exceptional.
Overall we are pleased we went there and satisfied by the experience. It's very obvious the NHS is struggling due to sheer amount of patients using the services (so many not even speaking english which was fairly shocking) but there really are some wonderful staff that go above and beyond, are extremely kind and caring and are holding things together.
"Professional and reassured"
