(as a parent/guardian),

My 2 year old son had an accident at a trampoline park and hurt his leg. We attended the Royal Hospital for Children's A& E and within 2. 5 hours had been triaged, my son had been given medication, xrayed and had a cast fitted for a fractured tibia. We received excellent care from start to finish and I would just like to pass on my thanks to the staff.

I am sorry to hear that your young son ended up with a fracture. It is great to hear, however, that he was able to be assessed and treated quickly by our team in the Emergency Department. The team work very hard to ensure patients and their families receive the highest standards of care and they will be delighted to receive your feedback. Our General Manager has passed on your kind words to the team personally.

I hope your son is recovering well and not too frustrated with his cast on!

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. He's absolutely fine and quite happy getting lifted and laid about the place!!
