"Fantastic care in Conservator Ward"

(as a relative),

My Dad is currently an impatient with you. The care he is receiving is exceptional and I'm very grateful.

My father has Parkinson's disease and has lost a lot of his charm to the disease. I think it's important to say thank you, I'm very grateful for your amazing nurses, assistants and OT's.

He seems to be enjoying his meals also - regularly requesting seconds. Many many thanks.

I am really sorry to read that your Father is currently an inpatient on Conservators Ward. I appreciate this will be a very worrying time for you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your comments about the exceptional care he is receiving. I am delighted to read that your Father has great appetite and is enjoying his meals, wonderful to hear he requests seconds too. I'm sure this will really help to make him feel much better quickly.

I will ensure your thanks and gratitude are passed on to the nurses, OT's and wards assistants on the ward and I know they will value your thoughtful feedback, thank you.

I hope your Father makes a speedy recovery, and soon out of hospital.
