Not enough people say enough things about our NHS so I would like to pass on my gratitude and amazment at the staff in the oesophageal department at hairmyres. Micehelle could not have been nicer she explained the appointment in depth and kept me calm. I was petrified coming into the appointment and she made a massive difference.
Gordon was always on hand to help michelle and he was the one who removed my pH tube quick effecive abd seemless.
Before i got reffered my condultant told me that i would be sent for these tests and asured me that the staff were lovely and professional i would like to add kind and helpfull to this. You make a bad situation better and make a stressed patient laugh and make a nervous person smile so please smile and take note that you do amazing work
