Positives:

Since I was here 2 years ago I have seen improvements. Previously partners were not allowed to stay over night. This time partner is allowed to stay the nigh and comfortable seating provided (recliner seats).
Improvements:
-Control visiting (friends and family) time;
-control number of people allowed to stay the nigh. Possibly just one additional member;
-Switch phone off after certain time in the evening;
-control room temperature, at night temperature dropped;
-only patients allowed to use shower facility;
-facility to pre-book private rooms - with payments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our maternity service. It is always good to hear from women that have had a positive experience and who also make recommendations for changes. I have listened to what you have said and if I am able to make any changes to our service based on your suggestions I will let you know.
