"I needed a midwife"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Maternity

(as a service user),

I went on your site read clear instructions to either phone or do referral so I rung up n was told can't be done on phone must be done on line? ? ? Why give the option? If no option available I think it's a disgrace you have to get a midwife on the internet like ordering a pizza has none of you realised people like to be able to actually talk to a human?
