"As painful as having a nice glass of wine"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

I had an appointment in ambulatory care for a cist removal. My appointment was at 9am and in no time at all, I was taken through by David and Ella. They were fantastic, and I am very happy with my treatment. It was about as painful as having a nice glass of wine!

I have two messages to pass on to David and Ella:

David – you do a fantastic Job but your jokes are worse than mine!

And Ella – after this, I am going to call up Nicola Sturgeon as and her to give you all a pay rise.

If anyone is reading this and about to go into hospital, if you get David and Ella you will receive the very best of service. I cannot fault the care I have received at all.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback which I have shared with the Day Surgery team. I am pleased to hear that your experience was a positive one at what can be an anxious time. I hope your wound is healing well.

Kind Regards
