What I liked
My daughter waited two hours to be seen in adult ENT this afternoon. Receptionsists rude to her only to discover after two hours wait, she had been referred and recieved appointment in the wrong department! She has to travel for four hours to get to the hospital, not local and i will now be asking for her to be referred to my local hospital. Although not a ENT hospital, will treat me with a bit of respect. She came out upset, in tears and brought on her asmtha. I am disgusted with this Hospital and upset as the care recieved in the childrens side has always been of very good standard.
What could be improved
