The service here is second to none.  You can phone and someone will see you asap. Unlike a doctors!!!  None judges you at all no matter what your problems.  Thank you for being life savers.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your comments Its the foundation of what we do - being non judgmental. We try to be as responsive as possible and our open access service allows anyone to come in and get support at any time we are open.

In terms of being life savers - that's nice to hear but it really is down to you to make the changes, we can just guide you and support you.
