"Substance misuse keyworking"

About: Inclusion Cambridge

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have had a good relationship with my key worker and she has always been helpful and listens to me.  I prefer face to face key working appointments rather than notes being written on a laptop, which my keyworker has respected.

Thanks for your comments. We agree and ideally this would happen all the time. What we have found is that using a laptop in assessments saves time but after that all appointments should be face to face. There maybe some groups where we encourage service users to complete workbooks which sometimes may be online. We know that you cant beat face to face engagement so we will continue to do this wherever possible.

Thanks

Paul
