"Very poor service"

About: Orsett Hospital / Rheumatology

Had to wait 15 months for an appointment as doctor cancelled on me on the day of my original one. Then I was seen and have to come back in 3 months time to get results of my scans.only to be told that there is no appointments for a further 5 months.mean while I am expected to carry on with bad ankles and no treatment offered until my next appointment now in March 2018. I work all day on my feet self employed so no way of sick pay.some days I can't step out of bed due to my swollen ankles but hey that's not there problem is it but funny how you can get seen within 2 weeks by the same Dr I've pay through the nose private!!!!
