"Genuine empathy"

About: Inclusion Cambridge

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have received a great deal of help with my addiction.  The staff are very helpful and very competent and show a genuine empathy.  I particularly enjoy group sessions and wish there were more evening group sessions.

Hi there

Groups are something which we are passionate about. We are looking to develop this programme and hopefully we will be able to do more evenings at some point. An are we ant to develop is groups which are run by service users themselves - we have some but would like more. If you know anyone who is interested please speak to us.

On the point you make about staff, I am extremely proud of our staff team and I am really pleased our service appears to be working for you.

Thanks

Paul
