The health and social care experience...I feel this service is on my side to a degree but it could be improved by understanding addiction more. Best thing about how I was treated was having Lizzi as my keyworker as she was very understanding and it is important to have the right worker.

I have had other workers who didn't understand or don't want to understand me and what's happening, until I had Lizzi - she was excellent!

I have been angry and upset previously as I don't feel the prison release process is very good and I hope this will be improved. 

I would like to thank Lizzi and Mary because they are the people who have helped me.

It is great to hear how well you connected therapeutically with Lizzi, she is a fantastic member of our team and has a real passion to care and motivate people, especially those involved in the criminal justice system. I will also ensure Lizzi and Mary our brilliant nurse prescriber get your feedback.

I accept that the previous prison release pathway wasn't the best and was confusing with two separate services trying to manage those being released. Now we are One Recovery Bucks we are managing the whole process so discharge from prison should be seamless and less risky for service users.

Keep accessing all we have to offer and moving forward with your recovery journey.
