What I liked

I was a patient on the surgical day unit under the care of a surgeon yesterday. All of the staff were very kind, and reassuring. On booking in the nurse went through what would happen and when and made sure I understood everything. When I went to theatre and said I was a little nervous the anaesthetic staff were very nice to me and talked me through the whole thing.

The ward staff and the surgeon were lovely. The whole team deserve credit - it was made as pleasant as possible for me and I appreciated their assistance very much.

What could be improved
