Doctor was rude and dismissed my concerns. Patronised me and I will be moving to a better surgery! Ridiculous

I am sorry that you felt the doctor was rude and dismissed your concerns.
The practice strives to offer high quality patient care and it always concerns us if someone feels this has not been provided.
