About: Rampton Hospital / National High Secure Healthcare Service for Women

(as a service user),

I get involved in my care plans. I get asked if what is written down is correct. I get asked my opinions. I feel cared for by my nursing team. They listen to me and help me. That help makes me feel happy.

I am alright with things as they are on Topaz ward. The activities are good in the Dimon resource centre, I make cards and do sewing

This is great feedback for Topaz Ward. I am pleased to hear that you feel your opinions are being listened to and that you feel cared for by the nursing team there. I recognize how important it is for patients to feel they are being listened to and how important it is to feel that they are being helped.

It is also encouraging to hear that you are actively involved in your care plans and that they are done collaboratively with you.

Love the feedback about the Diamond Resource Centre and I will ensure that they receive this feedback, displaying it in the Centre for others to see.
