(as a service user),

Arrived at 1 minute past 12 for a walk in sexual health check. sadly was turned down by the nurse for an walk in session. No leniency what so ever and I felt like the staff did not care about my well being after explaining I was on nights and wouldn't be able to attend another walk in session for another week.

Hi there

Thank you for your feedback about your recent visit to one of our clinics. I am really sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you received when you arrived. We do have to keep to the times of the drop in sessions as our clinicians have appointments and other clinics to attend. Our team should always check what the nature of the appointment is, and if it is urgent make every effort to get you seen within an appropriate timescale. If this didn't happen I am very sorry. We will be discussing this at our next team meeting to ensure everyone understands the process.
