"minor surgery procedure"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

i was required to attend a day surgery  appointment to have a suspected Basel Cell Carcinoma growth removed from my shoulder.

Both members of staff who looked after me immediately put me a ease and dealt with the entire procedure with care, humour and professionalism. One thing that could be improved would be having another dressing.

Apologies for the delay in responding to your lovely message.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback which I have shared with the minor ops team. I am please to hear you felt at ease at what can be an anxious time.

Thank you for pointing out that a further dressing would be useful, we will take this on board and alter our practice accordingly.

I hope your wound has healed well.

Thanks again.

Kirsty
