What I liked

Friendly, helpful staff who seemed genuinely interested and concerned, and remembered me on follow up visit. Speedy triage and treatment.

I wish i had known about this clinic when i needed treated previously and attended a different NHS Trust hospital. The contrast between the two regarding staff attitudes, time waiting and treatment was amazing.

What could be improved

The radiologist was so intent on obtaining a clear picture (understandably) that she inadvertantly caused a lot of pain by twisting the damaged limb around to the optimum angle for x-ray.

Anything else?

I did get lost on the way from minor injuries to x-ray. But that's just me. I get lost everywhere i go.Follow upTriageWaiting timesAttitudeX-rayX-ray
