"Very disjointed (no pun intended) service"

About: C/O Care UK, Bucks Msk, High Wycombe

The appointments were fine at the time but there is no treatment coordination or consolidated approach. I went with foot pain which has been treated unsuccessfully by my gp for a long time and the therapist suggested it might be a back and gait issue. We worked on this but the wait between appointments of over 8 weeks gave little progress and the foot is worse. At an appointment with a new therapist the suggestion is it’s just the foot but we would X-ray and scan to check then if it is the foot have a injection for the pain. Waited a week for the promised call for the scan. Chased the booking team today to be told I have notes to say I need an injection (no booking instruction was given) but no scan and no communication. It appears we are back to injecting the symptom never bring sure that we are tackling the problem and going round in unhelpful circles
