Very supportive.

Not enough weekend cover - would like to see emergency cover over weekend's.

Recovery worker very good to talk to. Text/letters are nice to confirm appointments.

Very good at appointment time, they always consider managing my mobility and when the best time to attend appointments.

Thank you for your feedback. We try to be as flexible as possible in terms of appointments and it appears you get what you need regards this. Your point about weekend cover is a good one. We have 4 of our sites open on Saturdays from 9-1 where anyone can pop in and gain support if required. A year ago we asked service users about Saturdays and the feedback was that in the majority of cases this wasn't really required. This of course is not the same for everyone. There is a re-contracting going on at the moment where this will be reconsidered. We will keep all service users updated.
