"Trying to re-schedule a radiology appointment"

About: Newham General Hospital / X-ray and Scans

(as a service user),

I have spent over two weeks calling the radiology department. Both of the number provided are never answered, you can never leave a message. The switchboard puts you through and the call cuts out.

The letter states if I don't cancel or reschedule I will be referred back to my GP. I've been waiting since September and it's now mid November for this appointment only for it to be clashing with another appointment. I have called at different times of the day and on different days but no luck.
