Hi there

Informative, positive and approachable are fantastic words for us to hear about our service. Please keep coming along to get the most out of our service.

We re-launched our groupwork programme last month and so far we feel it has gone well but we really need to know from the people who attend them - so a big thank you for taking the time to post a comment.

I'm not sure what session you attended but we now have so many options for people and there is no doubt there is something for everyone to help them overcome their issues.

You mentioned about 'not being alone'. I guess this is part of the reason we have further developed the groups we offer because you and others have so much to offer to help each other.
