"Invaluable help and support"

I'm and addict and an alcoholic of many years with mental health issues. I'm beginning my recovery and I can honestly say I couldn't do it without the help and support I'm getting here from Inclusion. My old key worker was brilliant. She understood my story and genuinely cared which made such a difference, the support I've received from my health care assistant has just been amazing. She explained to me in words I understood referring to the fact I'd been exposed to hep C, I knew nothing about hep C. So her input was able to help me understand where I stood. I come to as many groups as I can as input is important to me to be around my peers of similar situation as me as there is no judgement or prejudice. I have acupuncture which helps calm my anxiety. My current key worker is great, gives such good advice, she is aware of my situation and is helping me to get emergency housing. I feel I wouldn't stand a chance of doing if she wasn't by my side. I feel I belong when I'm here I feel accepted, thanks to the staff here I'm really progressing with my recovery.
