(as a relative),

I was visiting my brother in Roxburghe house, Dundee. So we decided to go for a slow walk to the tv/sitting room, we must have spent 40 min trying to get a tv channel on the tv which had a sky box. Simple things like this matter and as there was a sky box I would imagine it would take a phone call to get this fixed. Also the signal in the hospital is very weak, I think it would make a big difference if these small issues were fixed. This is by no means a complaint. I thought this hospital is fantastic and I would give it a 10/10. 

PS also skype where you can talk and see relatives for free would be a good idea for those patients that have family that can't get to the hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and for your very kind comments about Roxburghe House. However I am sorry to hear there was a problem with SKY TV and this I understand is being looked at.

We are conscious that the internet connection here is limited. We are currently working with site management to look at improving this, which hopefully will help with the ability to facetime/Skype.
