What I liked

I visited the A&E department and then the fracture clinic twice. I was seen quickly in A&E and sent for an x-ray. My fracture was quickly recognised and initial treatment and advice given. Then during my visit to fracture clinic, although it was very busy, again I was seen quicky and treated courteously. The doctors, nurses and physios were helpful and knowledgable and were able to give me all the information I needed..

Thank you for this positive feedback about your care at Torbay Hopsital in March 2010 and we hope you are now fully recovered. We will make sure comments and appreciation are passed to the doctors, nurses and physiotherpists in A&E and the Fracture Clinic.

We are acutely aware of the problems that patients and visitors face when driving to the hospital and your comments about the parking at the hospital have been noted. Regrettably there are no simple solutions to this important issue but please be assured that we are continuing to explore all possible solutions.
