"Not perfect but very near"

The surgery has always given me a good service. After recently suffering with back problems each member of staff dealt with the progression of dealing with the problem. I have other continuing issues with diabetes and rheumatism which are carefully monitored and treated accordingly. I can understand the problems of the practice but feel that complaining would achieve nothing only to alienate everyone. I feel that the staff are doing their best and sometimes 'go the extra mile'.

My advice to the public is:- Try to look at things from the staff's point of view.....
