"unreliable drs and staffing"

About: Crusader Surgery

Trying to talk a medical practitioner on behalf of elderly - they do not return calls - or emails. Watching my parents grow anxious every time they need to either a) make an apt or b) contact the surgery because the prescription (repeat) has been changed why? parents not informed. As for a walk in surgery apt bit difficult when parents take water tablets!
