"I found the St Helier Hosptial A&E..."

What I liked

I found the St Helier Hosptial A&E Department was Clean and Tidy. A Medical Student who came to talk to me was very useful and considerate and was by far the best member of staff on-duty during my visit.

What could be improved

Everything in all honesty. The attitude of nearly all members of the staff was awful and so was the level of care received. The Car Park was by far the cherry on top of an awful evening, £12 for 6hrs Parking! The Parking Machines were not even in full working order! An issue so simple to make the public aware of, was like a near impossible task for anyone to address at St Helier Hospital Security Office, all it needed was a pen and paper,with a small blob of bluetack!

I am very disappointed in the St Helier Hosptial! :(
