What I liked

Teddington Memorial Hospital is a fabulous facility. I go there about once every 3 or 4 months for a regular appointment. Both I and my husband have used the walk in centre. The staff are wonderfully polite and helpful (even when I've forgotten my appointment dates yet again) both over the telephone and in person. The facility is very clean and the waiting times are reasonable. I've also had blood taken by the phlebotomist on several occasions and been much impressed by the speed and professionalism with which I was seen. It was also great to see the pharmacy open once again on my latest visit! Overall TMH is a wonderful local facility, supported by excellent staff.

What could be improved

Possibly a bit more parking - although where you'd find space in teddington I'm not sure...

Anything else?

My parents, husband and I have all used this facility and would all recommend it to friends.
