"I visited the hospital on Saturday 30th..."

What I liked

I visited the hospital on Saturday 30th October. Nothing too drastic a painful swollen finger that was starting to concern me. The treatment I received from the receptionist and the nurse was professional, amicable and informative. Hope I don't need to visit again but I was impressed at my first visit

What could be improved

There was an hour's wait - but reception warned me. The waiting room was functional but its an area that could be improved with a limited budget and a bit of imagination - especially for children.
