"The person centred care at this home is fantastic"

I have visited Herncliffe Care Home on 3 separate occasions to meet with staff who are undertaking their level 2 and 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care.  

I have found the staff in the home to be very cheerful and welcoming.   The residents appear very settled and content. The home is spotlessly clean and tidy.

The person centred care at this home is fantastic, the staff treat each resident as an individual and attend to their needs promptly. Following conversations with staff it is obvious they all get on well as a team and enjoy their jobs.
