I attended the 5 ways to well being course at Worcester park. I found it exceptionally helpful in bringing to the fore the 5 ways to wellbeing.
It has helped me be aware of my previous shortcomings and I now address these on a daily basis. The format of the course was very good and the presentation of it by Kelvin and Stella was first class.
