"My first appointment at this Surgery"

I have only just registered with this GP practice after being with my old GP for 34 years and what a difference.

I called on Tuesday morning and spoke to a Receptionist who was cheerful and precise with the information that the Doctor would call me back.

A doctor called within the hour and gave me an appointment for Thursday.

It was not an emergency so I was happy to wait one day.

I have just got home from my appointment feeling extremely happy, satisfied and relieved.

I have had a pyogenic granuloma on my finger since October last year, my old GP to date has still not managed to sort it out.

In less than three days the doctor not only explained what a pyogenic granuloma was, how the treatment would work and carried out the simple procedure there and then, I was so happy I could have cried.

A very simple thing but was taking forever to get it sorted from my old GP.
