About: East Surrey Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Had my surgery for arthroscopy capsular release/subacromial decompression.

Everyone from admissions staff, anaesthetics and surgical team to recovery team were exceptional ,

clear information

time to listen,,,,and reasure

good follow ups

clear info on post op care and likely outcomes

friendly faces

post discharge care/responsibility plan

time taken to insure experience as positive as possible!
