I saw a doctor for a weekend appointment regarding a bad back.
Normally for someone my age (32) the advice would be to go home, take painkillers and maintain physical activity.
Thankfully the doctor erred on the side of caution and suggested an X-ray and blood tests, and the same-day X-ray at the LGI identified a spinal fracture.
I'm massively grateful that they suggested this course of action, as everything I have been doing so far (stretching, exercise and painkillers) was risking making my condition worse. By seeking proper diagnosis they have hopefully helped me minimise the chance of dealing with serious back problems for the rest of my life (or worse).
"Very thankful for their help and support"
